If you have our remote management software installed on your computer, then you may not realise this quick and easy way to find our phone number or raise a support ticket with us. If you can see the “lifesaver” icon in your notification area (near the clock on your PC) then you can take advantage of the feature today.
The lifesaver icon will be a black and white or orange and white lifesaver icon (the colour depends upon your colour scheme). Just right click on the icon and a menu will appear. At the top of the menu you’ll see our phone number and below that you’ll find the “Raise New Ticket” option. Pressing Raise New Ticket will open your default email client with an email template that includes your username, computer name and business name. Simply add some extra information to the top of the email, and press send.
