As you probably know, one of the elements of our Purpose and Values is to provide discounted support to non-profits in the local area. Our Non Profit IT Support Pack includes a minimum of 20% discount on our labour rates (raising to 50% discount in high demand periods) , 50% discount on site fees, and no charges to attend meetings or to support an AGM. We also provide an annual consultation to map out IT strategy to meet the needs of each charity at no extra cost.
We’ve been offering discounts to non profits and co-operatives for over four years now – and these are the most recent highlights:
Vision Norfolk
IT\norwich has been serving the needs of Vision Norfolk and its staff since 2017 and so we’ve been with the charity through some challenging times. In 2018 and 2019 we organised the donation of approximately twenty computers – an essential starting point in the much needed modernisation of the IT function – and in 2020 and 2021 we donated £12,851 and £21,130 worth of labour respectively – helping them through difficult times as a result of the pandemic.
Wells Community Hospital Trust &
The Hive Community Cafe
Since early 2021 IT\norwich has been serving the needs of Wells Community Hospital Trust & The Hive Community Café. The charity had real challenges both as a result of its IT issues and because of pandemic related pressures – but are now very much coming out the other side. We’ve donated three computers to replace the oldest hardware and in 2021 alone we donated £4,845 worth of labour.
My Butterflies
My Butterflies is a Norfolk based organisation which creates coming of age groups for girls aged 9 – 14 years old and mentoring opportunities for girls aged 12 – 16 years old. The aim is to support girls as they journey through the often challenging prepubescent and puberty years. We support the charity with no cost web site hosting and email services.
