
We regret to inform customers that there was a Hosted Exchange (HEX) outage on 15th August 2025. The issue is now resolved however here are the notes from our side:
Update @ 11:39 15th August 2025
A number of customers have reported issues with email, the symptoms being that Outlook shows as disconnected, or webmail is not working. These issues started at around 11 AM today. We have spoken to the suppliers and confirm this is an issue their end.
REMINDER: We are migrating ALL customers away from this platform, either to Zimbra or Microsoft 365. We’re now escalating these migration tickets as a matter of urgency, but note migration cannot complete until service has resumed on HEX.

Outlook web access (https://webmail.giacomcp.com) is now operational (possibly intermittently). We’re still waiting for news on Outlook connectivity.

No further issues reported, and all customers known to be affected are reporting service as normal, we consider the incident resolved.
