Know Someone Who’d Benefit?

The chances are you know an organisation that’s still putting up with IT problems they shouldn’t have to: a struggling laptop, a backup nobody trusts, an IT supplier who never answers the phone. If you’ve come across somewhere like that, we’d love an introduction.

We work with businesses and charities across Norfolk who want IT support that just works: someone who answers when they call, sorts things properly the first time, and understands their organisation well enough to plan ahead rather than just react. If that sounds like somewhere you know, point them our way.

What happens next

Send us a few details about the organisation and the person there, and we’ll take it from there, at their pace, with no pressure. If they end up joining us on an ongoing support agreement, we’ll say thank you properly.

What you get

Three months after the organisation you’ve introduced signs a block hours agreement with us, we’ll send you a £100 voucher for John Lewis, which you can keep or give to the charity of your choice.

Who’s a good fit

We work best with organisations of around 5 to 30 people, based in Norfolk, who want a proper ongoing relationship with their IT support rather than one-off fixes. Charities and other good-cause organisations are especially welcome; supporting that sector is a big part of why we do what we do.

How to refer someone

Email referral@itnorwich.uk with:

  • Your name and organisation
  • The name and contact details of the person you’re referring
  • The name of their organisation
  • How you know them
  • Confirmation you’ve mentioned to them that we might be in touch

We’ll only get in touch with someone who already knows they’ve been referred.

Terms and conditions

Qualifying referrals

  • There’s no limit to how many organisations you can refer.
  • The organisation you refer should have roughly 5 to 30 computer users and be based in Norfolk.
  • If more than one person refers the same organisation, the reward goes to whoever got in touch with us first.
  • The organisation you refer must be new to IT Norwich: not already a customer, and not already in active discussion with us.

Other things worth knowing

  • Any tax treatment of the reward is the responsibility of the recipient.
  • IT Norwich Ltd decides, acting reasonably, whether a referral qualifies.
  • We may change or withdraw this scheme at any time, though any reward already earned will still be honoured.
