Customised, Discounted Onboarding
Like any service, usecure will need some setup from our side so there will be some onboarding costs – we anticipate around 2 – 4 hours according to your needs.
For the rest of 2025 all customers with a Block Hours IT Support & Maintenance Agreement will receive a 2 hours labour credit to offset those costs.
Low Per User Pricing
We charge just £2.25 per user per month for core automated training, phishing simulations, and dark web monitoring. There’s no contract – you just pay for the service in arrears according to the number of users you have in the system. Users are on-boarded and off-boarded according to a policy that’s designed around your needs.
Ongoing Support & Oversight
Once the service is set up you’ll need to know that you’re getting a good return on investment, so we’ll keep an eye on things for the first few weeks (to make sure your users are actually using the service) and thereafter we’ll do a monthly or quarterly report to show you key metrics like training completion rates, phishing simulation results, and overall risk reduction. This keeps you informed of your security improvements and provides the documentation you need for compliance audits.
