Ad-Hoc IT Support

This package is recommended for the very smallest of organisations that do not need regular IT support.

When you choose this package, you’ll be on-boarded to our systems and will be able to call us for support at any time, charged at an hourly rate and invoiced on a per incident basis.

A free and no obligation fact-finder to discuss your needs is optional, this can be conducted via video call or you can pay us a visit to meet the team, or can be done on site, subject to a site fee.

Block Hours IT Support

This package is recommended for small businesses or charities that need regular IT support and want to benefit from predictable budgeting and a discounted hourly rate.

You and your users will be able to call us for support at any time, but there will be no element of proactive maintenance.

The two support agents assigned to your account will make a chargeable, on-site fact-finding visit. They will perform a brief, hands-off assessment of your site and – if you’ve opted to have it – will take the opportunity to install the Remote Monitoring and Management software and configure it so the alerts are sent straight to you.

You and your users will be able to call us for support at any time, and we’ll agree a Bespoke IT Maintenance Plan to suit your needs.

The Remote Monitoring and Management service will be deployed across all of your devices and our agents will be able to manage your system within a few hours.

The two support agents assigned to your account will make a chargeable, on-site fact-finding visit, will perform a brief, hands-off assessment of your site and install the Remote Monitoring and Management software.

Qualifies for the
Community Technology Programme

* 12 Month Contract Term – All Block Hours Support Agreements run for a whole calendar year, i.e. from 1st January to 31st December. For example the first contract term could be between one and twelve months, subsequent contracts would be 12 months thereafter.
